Important Information:
- What to Bring: Evolv has everything you need you do not need to bring a mat or any other equipment
- Attire: Wear clothing that allows you to move freely.
- Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session.
- Location: Our evolv studio is located at Ansdell Institute, 52 Woodlands Rd, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 4BX. Entrance to evolv is through the side gate. Free on street parking is available.

Join Jess for a traditional Joseph Pilates practice, beginning with a gentle sequence to strengthen and elevate your energy. We'll then transition into a deep stretch and relaxation session to wind down and ground both mind and body.
Followed by a delightful social: Treat your taste buds to tasty pastries, as you connect and chat with fellow participants.
It's the perfect way to finish your week with a nourished body and uplifted spirit!
