What the retreat includes:

  • Single occupancy double or Shared twin rooms with en-suite (those travellling solo will be given a room buddy)
  • Hatha, Yin, Astanga yoga, Pilates, Evolv Method, breathworks, meditation, workshops. Waterfall hike, Sunset Desert Dinner, Pottery workshop, Sound healing. 
  • Healthy wholesome dinner, bed & breakfast freshly prepared daily by in house chef, dietry requirements to be specified.
