- Arrival and Welcome: 5:45 PM

- Introduction and Setup: 5:50 PM

- Sound Bath Session: 6:00 PM

Sound Therapist

Our Sound Bath will be led by Kate,from Sound 4 Self, an experienced sound healer who has been guiding our sound baths at Evolv for two years. Her sounds truly are something special. Kate has an array of ever-growing instruments, each contributing to a unique and immersive experience.

Important Information:

- What to Bring: Evolv has everything you need (mat, bolster, eye pillow and blanket), but please bring any additional items that will make you comfortable lying down.

- Attire: Wear warm comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to ensure you can relax fully. We advise to wear socks.

- Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session.

- Location: evolv is located at Ansdell Institute, 52 Woodlands Rd, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 4BX. Entrance to to the studio is through the green side gate. Free on street parking is available.

This Sound Bath is designed to provide deep relaxation and stress relief. Suitable for all experience levels, it welcomes both newcomers and seasoned participants. Each session can evoke different feelings and emotions, or none at all, and every experience is perfect and part of the healing process. There’s nothing you need to do or know—just come as you are and enjoy the journey. We look forward to sharing this peaceful evening with you.
