- Arrival and Welcome: 6:20 PM

- What to Bring: Evolv has everything you need (mat, bolster, eye pillow and blanket), but please bring any additional items that will make you comfortable lying down.
- Attire: Wear warm comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to ensure you can relax fully. We advise to wear socks.
- Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session.
- Location: evolv is located at Ansdell Institute, 52 Woodlands Rd, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 4BX. Entrance to the studio is through the green side gate. Free on street parking is available.
