Service Description

The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of around 75 asanas moving through vinyasa from one to the next. The sequence itself is a progression of postures which promote both strength and flexibility physically and mentally. It begins with forward bends before moving onto twists, hip openers and backbends. The series is builds heat and promotes concentration with a grand total of 35 full vinyasa (if you want to take them of course). Mentally, the primary series builds willpower, focus and mind-body awareness. Expect a focus of breath, movement and meditation Our practise will be half of the Primary Series (the full practise would take 2two hours) and we build up our strength and confidence as the weeks go by. A practise for beginners to advanced practitioners.

To cancel a class reservation and return the class credit to your account, you must unreserve 4 HOURS before the start of class. Unused classes will not roll over into the following month.
