Service Description

One of our mums in the Barre & Baby 5-week course is unable to attend this class, and we’d love to offer her spot to another mum . You can book this class at no cost and enjoy a wonderful session with your little one. All we ask is that you bring a positive spirit and a willingness to move! Secure this spot today and join us for a lovely Barre & Baby experience.

Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in these classes, you confirm clearance from your GP at your 6-week postpartum check for non-complicated vaginal births or 10-12 weeks for cesarean deliveries. Before attending your first class, please complete the postpartum health waiver. Refunds or credits cannot be issued.
