Service Description

This class includes a gentle warm up, traditional Hatha poses held for up to 10 breaths, incorporating aspects of Ashtanga and Vinyasa accompanied with pranayama practice and meditation in upto 30 degrees infrared heat.

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 HOURS before class to avoid being charged or losing your session. (Unused classes will not roll over into the following month) • No late entry – To maintain safety and class flow, late arrivals cannot be admitted.
