Slow it down and give yourself time to check in, in this 50 minute Evolv Stretch & Reset. Connecting breath and gentle movement we will lengthen, open and let go of tension throughout the body. Using a variety of props to deepen, release and increase the stretch - this class provides balance to your workout week.
