Fusing elements of Pilates, barre, and yoga, we incorporate chairs, poles, bands, and props to sculpt every muscle. This bodyweight-focused session, with a special emphasis on Barre, seamlessly integrates with movements that strengthen both body and mind in up to 30 degrees infrared heat.. Walk away feeling centered, sculpted, strong, and uplifted after each empowering class. Optional light arm and ankle weights. Mats are provided by the studio free of charge. You must use a Hot Yoga towel over any mat from the studio. Available to purchase at the studio. Please note: Hot classes are charged at a higher rate. For annual membership holders, there is a £3 surcharge per class or an optional one-time additional fee of £150 to include unlimited hot classes in your membership.
