Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: All class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled class time, anything after will be fined or forfeited No Shows & Late Cancellations Single Class Purchases - The class fee will be forfeited Block Class Passes - One class will be deducted from your block Members including Intro Offers - An £8 no-show fee will be charged. (Unused classes will not roll over into the following month) No late entry – To maintain safety and class flow, late arrivals cannot be admitted. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in. Our policies ensures fair access to classes for everyone and helps us keep sessions running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
