Ashtanga Yoga
The sequence is a progression of postures which promote both strength and flexibility, physically and mentally. It begins with forward bends before moving onto twists, hip openers and backbends. The series builds heat and promotes concentration with a grand total of 35 full vinyasa. We take half of the Primary Series in this 60 minute class including mantra chanting and breath to movement connection. All levels welcome
Barre
Combining elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga. Focusing on strength, flexibility and balance. Movements target specific muscle groups, incorporating small repetitive movements to sculpt and tone your full body. Feel the burn and embrace the shakes

Combine elements of Barre, Pilates and Yoga. Focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. This faster pace class incorporates light weights, and the chair. Movements targeting specific muscle groups, incorporating high repetitions to increase muscle mass and endurance. Our signature class.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga involves a set of physical asanas and breathing techniques, practised at a slower pace, with more static posture holds than perhaps a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga. Paying close attention to the breath during stillness. Hatha Yoga is about finding balance whilst improving, flexibility, strength, and overall mindfulness. Expect mantra chanting and breath works. All levels welcome
Rocket Yoga
Rocket Yoga is a modern, fast paced yoga style that's based on traditional Ashtanga but with freedom of movement. It's designed to help develop strength, flexibility, and stamina, while also encouraging creativity and a sense of playfulness.

Mandala Yoga
Mandala Yoga is a dynamic meditative practice that combines, postures with circular movements, symbolising, the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit. Rooted in ancient traditions, Mandala Yoga emphasises balance, flow, and grounding through sequences that align with the four elements, earth, fire, water and air. It encourages mindfulness, deep breathing and the exploration of personal energy, helping practitioners cultivate harmony and inner peace. Ideal for all levels, this practice enhances flexibility, focus and a sense of unity with the self and the universe.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a good class for beginners, consisting of a series of long held, passive floor poses, that mainly focus on fascia, and deep connective tissues. Each pose can be held for fie minute, sometimes longer, mainly working the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa flow emphasise the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided breath. The Vinyasa practise becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and the mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Vinyasa flow, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. Expect a full balanced class of forward bending, twists and backbends.
